Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into agreements, and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.
Services Provided
Sun Solar Solutions provides:
- solar_powerRooftop solar system design, supply, and installation (EPC).
- solar_powerSolar energy consulting and site surveys for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- solar_powerAssistance with government subsidy applications and net metering documentation.
- solar_powerPost-installation maintenance, monitoring, and technical support.
All services are subject to a separate written agreement signed between Sun Solar Solutions and the client.
Quotations & Payments
- arrow_rightAll quotations provided are estimates and subject to a confirmed site survey.
- arrow_rightFinal pricing is confirmed only through a signed project agreement.
- arrow_rightPayment schedules and milestones will be specified in the project contract.
- arrow_rightAll prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Client Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide accurate property details and access for site surveys and installation.
- check_circleEnsure structural readiness of the installation site as advised.
- check_circleObtain any required local municipal permissions or housing society approvals.
- check_circleMake timely payments as per the agreed schedule.
Warranty & Support
Solar panels installed by Sun Solar Solutions carry manufacturer warranties of up to 25 years on performance and 10 years on product defects. Inverters and mounting structures carry separate warranties as specified in the product documentation.
Our workmanship warranty covers installation quality for a period defined in your project agreement. Warranty claims due to tampering, misuse, or acts of nature are excluded.
Limitation of Liability
Sun Solar Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of energy savings, business interruption, or grid-related outages beyond our control. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Sun Solar Solutions and protected under applicable Indian copyright laws. Reproduction or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
